He was available every time I had questions, and the whole process was over almost before it had started. David was able to find a buyer off market too, so we didn’t have to even stage the house for showings. It showed 1 time, and we got an offer over what my wife and I even thought was possible. His transaction coordinator, Jason, took care of all of the details in the background, and we could not be happier. My wife is actually a little shocked by how quick and easy the whole process was.
