"I just sold my house with Auren Realty Group, and let me tell you, it couldn’t have been easier. David Auren personally handled the listing and he took care of everything. He was available every time I had questions, and the whole process was over almost before it had started. David was able to find a buyer off market too, so we didn’t have to even stage the house for showings. It showed 1 time, and we got an offer over what my wife and I even thought was possible. His transaction coordinator, Jason, took care of all of the details in the background, and we could not be happier. My wife is actually a little shocked by how quick and easy the whole process was. There are houses on my street that have been for sale for a while, and they are still for sale as of the time of my writing this review. Frankly those homeowners should switch realtors.
